I lean on QuickOSM and the Semi‑Automatic Classification Plugin. QuickOSM pulls tagged OSM features and clips to my AOI in one go, and SCP takes care of Sentinel‑2 pre‑processing (atmo correction), band math, and supervised classification so I can push out land‑cover maps fast.
