Best courses for spatial crime analysis

I’m a crime analyst in a mid-sized agency and want to go beyond kernel density — specifically near-repeat, Knox tests, and space-time cubes in ArcGIS Pro 3.3. Any recommendations for solid continuing ed (certs, workshops, or self-paced) that apply to burglary series and robbery patterns, preferably with R/Python integration? I can budget about 40 hours this quarter, so practical labs beat theory-only lectures.
